Background
Dr Alice Murkies has worked in General Practice in Melbourne for many years. She was a clinician, researcher and educator in menopausal medicine at the Jean Hailes Foundation.
She was Nadia Maffei Research Fellow. Her work validated that good health was a combination of diet and lifestyle.
She has tutored first year Monash Medical students in the Health Enhancement program. She advocates for the role of mindfulness and health.
