NIIM Clinic “Voice of the Patient” Survey

We recently surveyed our patients of the NIIM Clinic to measure their satisfaction with our Practice. With over 200 responses to the Voice of the Patient survey we received valuable information about what we do well and what we need to work on in order to provide quality services as an accredited medical practice.

What our patients like most about us

  • Communication and interpersonal skills of our reception staff
  • Provision of health information
  • Privacy and confidentiality
  • Continuity of care

What we are working on

  • Improving our online appointment booking system
  • Responding to calls more efficiently

The survey also asked patients whether they would recommend the NIIM Clinic to a friend. Pleasingly, eighty percent (80%) of respondents scored us a 9 or 10 out of 10.
