This Gift Certificate may be redeemed at NIIM for:

  • NIIM Dispensary (including a 15 min consultation with a Dispensary Naturopath and any Dispensary Products)
  • NIIM Intravenous Clinic Services (will require a referral from a GP)
  • NIIM Hyperbaric Oxygen Services (will require a referral from a GP)
  1. NIIM Clinic Pty Ltd gift certificates are issued by and are the sole obligation of NIIM Clinic Pty Ltd, a company registered in Victoria, Australia. You agree that the laws of Victoria, Australia, will govern these Terms.
  2. NIIM Clinic Pty Ltd may change these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. Current Terms are found at www.niim.com.au/gift-certificate.
  3. Except as disclosed below, the NIIM Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise as detailed on the Gift Certificate.
  4. The Gift Certificate cannot be used for any online purchase and must be presented in person at the time of purchase or on presentation for any eligible service or product at NIIM.
  5. The Gift Certificate cannot be used to pay for services provided by a NIIM clinician at the NIIM Clinic.
  6. NIIM’s Patient and Purchase terms and conditions will apply to any purchase (e.g. cancellation fees, exchange and return policy, refunds etc)
  7. The purchase of any product using this gift certificate will be subject to the terms of purchase of that product (e.g. where a prescription may be required)
  8. Subject to any relevant laws, gift certificates expire after 3 years, and there are no applicable fees.
  9. The gift certificates are not returnable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
  10. No change is given for any unused portion of your Gift Certificate.
  11. Gift Certificates have value and should be safeguarded accordingly. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Certificate contact NIIM at (03) 9804 0646 immediately. Gift Certificates may not be able to be replaced if lost or stolen and any replacement will be at the sole discretion of NIIM
  12. You may not use a Gift Certificate to purchase other Gift Cards, certificates or vouchers.
