Dr Sanil Nair

Dr Sanil Nair is an Australian trained General Practitioner who has a passion for empowering patients to be in control of their own health.

He began his medical career in India as an Anaesthetist, before moving to the UK and commencing work in Intensive care. He has worked in Intensive Care in Melbourne and Alice Springs, and now maintains a thriving career in General Practice. Having practiced across countries and specialties has given Dr Nair a wealth of experience in working with diverse groups the management of various medical conditions.

He enjoys all facets of General Practice and assisting patients to progress in their wellness journey. Integrating conventional and evidence-based complimentary medicine, Dr Nair takes a holistic approach in his practice, focussing on finding the root cause of any diseases and addressing any impacts to a patient’s wellbeing.

To maintain his own wellbeing, Dr Nair stays healthy with regular running and balanced nutrition. He has participated in marathons in Australia and London, practises cold immersion therapy (following the Wim Hoff Method), intermittent fasting, and infrared sauna sessions.
