Background

Dr Cristina Cooper has a passion for health and helping people to live a vibrant life. Christina completed medical training at Cambridge University in 2002 and completed her GP training in the West of England, an interest in Mind Body medicine lead her to work with NLP, hypnotherapy, lifestyle and nutritional medicine and personal practice of yoga and meditation. After moving to Australia in 2013 Christina developed a special interest in gut health, nutritional approaches to mental health, Autism and ADHD, bio-identical hormones and remediating environmental toxicity. 

Most recently, she has been coaching patient’s who identify as women to re-connect with their body, Christina welcome people from the LBGITQ+ community.
