In the news - Dr Karin Ried's Chocolate Cochrane Review
A meta-analysis on Chocolate and Blood Pressure by Dr Karin Ried, Research Director at the National Institute of Integrative Medicine has been published in the Cochrane Review. The meta-analysis showed people consuming cocoa powder or dark chocolate could cut their blood pressure by 2 to 3mm of mercury (mm/Hg).
